New Member Interest Form
One of the reasons why this organization was formed was to bring in people that are new to the hunting lifestyle. One of my goals for this organization is to give new hunters the experience of a lifetime that they otherwise may not have to learn about the hunting/conservation and shooting lifestyle.
I would like to know if you would be interested in sharing your knowledge with a new hunter if they should ever join the club, and possibly take them on a hunt if you are comfortable with that.
Would you be interested in sharing your knowledge with a new hunter and possibly taking them on a hunt with you (voluntary, of course)? Please circle: YES OR NO.
We will have a section of those volunteering their skills/willingness to take a new hunter along with them on the Club website (http://wiusc.tripod.com) as well as a list posted in our Office.
If yes, please share with us the skills/knowledge you have in any area.

As a member of the club, we ask that you serve at least 4 hours per week in the Club office, if there is one. There really is no restriction on what you can or can’t do, but please watch your language, especially when talking about hunting-related topics, as non-hunters may be in the vicinity and might be bothered. Please be sure to keep your comments “politically correct.” You can complete your hours whenever it is convenient for you, anytime between the hours of 8:00AM-7:00PM, Monday-Friday. We ask that you serve the same hours each week, if possible. Please notify us if anything changes. We would like to have posted office hours so prospective members can stop by and ask questions. You may need to check out a key from the University Union Service Center.
Thank you for your interest in the WIU Sportsman Club. Remember,
this club cannot be a success without your input. If you have any
suggestions on how we can make this club the best at WIU, please share
them with any of the Club Officers. We are happy to hear any suggestions
you might have. We hope you enjoy your time with us.
